Tonight the East Jessamine Middle School Academic Team traveled down the road to compete against the WJMS Colts. For the first time this season, WJMS won the overall meet. Our sixth graders and seventh graders won their written assessments, and our eighth graders were only 2 behind EJMS even though they are so few in number. Both the 7th and 8th grade teams won their Quick Recall rounds.
Many thanks to our coach Mrs. Dixon and all of the parents who helped with tonight's meet. Our next meet is Tuesday, Sept. 30th at home against Royal Spring Middle School.
