The WJMS 6th Grade Academic Team competed in the Kentucky Colonel’s Sixth Grade Showcase on Saturday at Anderson County Middle School. The Quick Recall team went undefeated to win First Place in Quick Recall and several students placed in the Written Assessment competition to help the team win First Place in the Overall Competition. David Lee – 6th Place in Math
Davis Fugate – 4th Place in Math
Skylar Bailey - 4th Place in Arts & Humanities, 3rd Place in Science
Levi Ulrich – 3rd Place in Social Studies
Jerod Crockett - 2nd Place in Language Arts, 1st Place in Social Studies
Jonah Dixon – 1st Place in Math, 1st Place in Science
The students who did not place in Written Assessments were very close to placing.
